If I had to rate this book based only on the story, I would have given it at least a 3.5 stars or 4. The main plot was immersive and worth the read. It's an amazing novel as it starts with Indian setting of 2012 and then goes retro to India and world of 1940s. It's brutally beautiful ! A classy and incredible novel from an Indian doctor and author and can be called, 'The Great indian Novel.'
