    1. Sadie Forsythe says:

The Siren's call is the third book of the Forced to Serve series and it continues following the lives of those on board the rescue ship Liberator. It focuses primarily on Zade and Gwen, though not exclusively. As with the previous books I really enjoy the strong females; no doormats here. Their mates are equally as strong, resulting in a lot of 'coming to accords.' But the issues at hand are a lot more grown-up than in most PNRs, marital compromise, family, children, etc. Combined with the fact [...]

I was hooked before I got to page two!!Love this series. Love the strong loving characters, space travel, aliens, mating and bonds, battling evil and rescuing captives-what’s not to love? And it’s on Kindle Unlimited so thank God for that (or thank the author- who is super blessed and a talented story teller)!!

I love this series and this book did not disappoint. This is a series that I have only read/listen to on audio at first. The author writes an amazing story and her narrator takes it to another level. I am so hooked on how the narrator performs these books I wait patiently for the next one to be produced even though I have the whole series on in ebook version. Donna McDonald please keep writing this series and Allyson Johnson keep doing such an amazing job performing this series for her.

    5. Helen says:

This is the 3rd of the Forced to Serve series. It was okay; I would rate it 2.5. This book had a slow start and continued to slowly move along. Things happened in the book but nothing really significant happened to any of the main characters. They were just going through the motions. I will put a hold on reading the next book in this series.

    6. Nidofito says:

I love hate-love relationships so I was incredibly excited to read The Siren's Call which focused primarily on Gwen and Dorian. And they delivered. Though I'm wondering if the author had some inspiration from Charlaine Harris regarding the 'incident' with Dorian and the aftereffects. Just seemed a bit similar is all I'm saying.

    7. Amber says:

This series is an exercise in progressive storytelling. Each story is more than the central couple in it. Everything overlaps and interacts and I dig that. Love the various types of strength shown in this story.

    8. Eddie Jong says:

The third in the Forced to Serve series is as good as the first (The Demon Of Synar) and deserves 5 stars for the same reasons.

    9. Angelica says:

Finished the audiobook, hands down my favorite characters are Gwen and Dorian. Love her foul mouth and the attitude.

    10. Nicola says:

2.5 stars - still lots to commend it but painfully slow.
